When taking care of yourself meets pampering yourself… it’s oh so sweet. It’s oh so necessary too. Epsom Salt has been proven to have many healing properties. Epsom Salt baths are great for body tiredness, joint pain, muscle aches, arthritis and inflammation. It’s always a good idea to soak in one once in a while. But if you have foot issues and don’t have time for a long drawn out bath whenever you’ve had a long day on your feet… just draw up a bath like usual, put in some Epsom salts, dip your feet in, and relax for a few minutes.
I like to turn up the pampering with some music, some wine and if I really want to create some ambiance… I may add some rose petals.
